South Coast Scribblings

Old

(Back blip) When sorting out old papers today I came across the brochure for my long deceased Gulbransen Pacemaker organ. It was a small theatre type organ, but was also great for playing classical music as it had a revolving Leslie speaker which gave real depth to the sound. It had valves in it and had constant problems with certain notes not working - I think I made a mistake in buying an ex-demo model, maybe! I had a lot of fun with it, but decided that too many notes weren’t working in the end and disposed of it about 15 years ago (having bought it in 1974). It still brought back fond memories finding this!
