The Emerald Isle

In these troubled times it is nice to have something that remains true to its history. Ireland the Green Isle, the land of cows on lush meadows, bog pits all over and every scene with a cloud or two.

Daughter Kate now safely home sent some pictures of her morning inspection of the garden. Certainly the first time she has returned after her summer visit where she doesn't have to spend hours fighting with the ride on lawnmower to try and retame the lawns. Mum had managed to water a few things with great success. Kate is now considering a banana, mango and kiwi plantation for next year - just hope that Trump continues to deny climate change.

All the animals well and the agapathus had enjoyed the break too.
