Sunrise again

I couldn’t resist pulling over to take a shot of the sunrise on my way to work.

I had a busy day and then an osteopath appointment. I’ve done something to my ITB apparently. It’s pretty painful. My osteopath is a big guy and he wasn’t gentle!

Abe is crazy tonight. He didn’t get a walk, so he’s a bit psycho!
