Veterans

The eleventh day of November is a special day. Today is Veterans Day. Those of active duty, in reserves, discharged or retired are all in our thoughts today. I have the privilege of knowing a few personally and they are all heroes and have my utmost gratitude. The hope for democracy, freedom and peace are things we all wish for one another and should never be taken for granted.
I saw this suggestion recently and it made me smile; Go hug a vet and thank them for their service. It takes courage, valor, and a good sense of humor to serve our country!
