More hills....................... And Ann is bored

Do you know what?.............................. St Ives has to be one of the most beautiful towns in the whole of the UK. People pay a fortune to come and stay here and the town is full to bursting. We love it here. We are sooooo lucky to actually own a home here.

However, looks can be deceiving................... There's more to life than stunning scenery, fabulous beaches, amazing restaurants and quirky little shops.

For those of you who don't read our Blips regularly; we spent the winter in Edinburgh, where we both had the most amazing time ever. And since returning to our 'Cornish home', Ann has been feeling a bit bored. ….........And I have been struggling with all the hills. There's a lot of hills in St Ives and unfortunately our house is at the top of them all. I'm 14 years old (that's 98 in human years).

Anyway, Ann has got two weeks holiday from work, so we will be heading up to Edinburgh next week to partake in some of the Edinburgh Festival. Yay!  While we're away we are going to rent out our house. Well something has got to pay for my treats?!

However, we've got more time off than expected, so are going to incorporate a little visit (en-route to Scotland) to see family, so we've now got a 3 night stay in our very lovely house, in the very lovely St Ives available from next Monday (30th July).

You can check it out here. Not sure whether this is considered to be 'advertising'???? I'm sure 'Blip Central' will remove if not acceptable. More than happy to give Blip followers/FB friends or even friends of friends a 10% discount on this.

Anyway, the sun is shining, Ann's just off out to sit on her hanging egg chair with a glass of wine. …............And I'm lying flaked out in my bed.

PS – If any of you lovely people do want to rent our house; it does not come with the 'hanging egg chair'. We remove that for H&S reasons. We do however have 'normal' table and chairs on our very lovely sun terrace where you can relax while looking out at the view over ST IVES BAY.
