Gorgeous glads

The garden is, to a large extent, looking a bit sorry for itself and "gone over".  But in addition to the lily featured yesterday, we have these gorgeous gladioli.  

There are a few other plants flowering - we lost a number of fuchsias in pots last winter, and those that survived are still only making the occasional flower, but the ones planted out are largely flowering well.  The "Bishop of Llandaff", despite being left out to take his chances, has come good and both plants are now flowering.

And we have a few roses - one may feature another day.

I've had a long day in the office, and now it's "gin o'clock".  Chin chin everyone.
