Our church's informal but regular 'Daytrippers' group headed off to Culross in Fife today.

Daytrippers started off a few years ago with the sub-title "Have bus-pass will travel" and so it was that we met this Wednesday morning in Cumbernauld Bus Station and took the express bus through to Cairneyhill in Fife, where we changed onto a local service to Culross.

My interest was taken by the fabulous doors and windows of this beautiful and historic little town and it was these that made my blip for today.

The sun shone and we had a very pleasant day before starting our bus journeys back to Cumbernauld shortly after 3pm.
