Tour de France

Is there anybody out there who does not know that today is the final day of the 2018 Tour de France. The world’s most famous cycle race.

It has been won by Welshman Geraint Thomas. In fact this is the sixth time in the past seven years that it has been won by a British rider. I think it is a matter of national shame that it has not been won by a Frenchman since 1985.

Well done Geraint. An outstanding achievement.
