He's behind you!

A trip to the physio this morning, and despite being sore my shoulder is doing well with the amount of movement increasing, and she thinks in a couple more weeks we will move from mobility to strengthening exercises.

She recommended an Italian restaurant just around the corner from her so we tried it and had a lovely meal.

Then back home and spotted this wasp having a drink and the tiny insect behind him so thought I would add a Tiny Tuesday tag, hosted by Nickimags888.
