I got sunshine on a cloudy day

I thought of that Smokey Robinson title when I photographed this gazania in Homebase this morning. It's been a generally cloudy day here today, drizzling off and on, so this bright flower seemed a better bet than a picture of a Calmac ferry coming into the harbour in the rain!

My extra today is of a sign that I couldn't resist taking a picture of - it's especially for CannyScot who first called me a Grumpy Old man!
