Korcula

Today, after a  swim off the back of our boat, we visited the beautiful island of Korcula.  We had  a wonderful tour guide, Andrea, who had everyone laughing with her quick witty remarks: in fact while we were on our tour someone came up to her and remarked that her groups were always laughing.
After our tour, we had time to come back to the boat to shower and change before going back for dinner at a restaurant overlooking the sea.

My blip is of a street that is so typical of the Croatian towns that we've visited - I just love the washing strung from side to side!

I'm catching up slowly with my journal as we've been so busy that I've had little time to spare. I'm posting this one on Friday 3 August when I've had plenty of time but no internet in our cabin until this evening.
