Frog.

We purchased this flower pot from Hopetoun Garden Emporium many years ago as a present for The Old Lady and, subsequently, took possession of it when she died. Both TOL and Sis had a “thing” about frogs which also seemed to include sheep. Sadly, it is now beginning to crack so, despite its youthful carefree outlook on life, it is beginning to age.

I have the vague notion that it is wearing the geranium hat to make itself a look little less conspicuous.
