This is my third fourth attempt to post my blip because the internet has gone on strike tonight.

Fouth time lucky:

Margret (next door) came this evening with her cousin, Vera, (on M's right) and Annegret, one of Vera's schoolfriends, (on M's left). We had drinks, chocolate and chatted. It was a lovely evening.

They "agreed" to let me try out the new flash gun. I bounced the flash from the ceiling behind me. We all agree that the result was much better than with the flash straight on, which was horrid.

I was in Hexham for a haircut and shopping. Aldi had papayas on offer so I bought two and we enjoyed sharing one for our dessert, with lemon juice.

Now I'm taking a big breath and  posting!
