Migraine

Non-day. The super-duper, scarily strong drugs didn't manage to kick it this time. Maybe I didn't take them early enough. I felt the headache start at the end of Saturday but wasn't sure it was a migraine until the nausea set in this morning. I stayed in bed all day (and all the next – even worse the next day so no photo). Juno stayed with me under the duver almost the whole time – awww.

The suspected trigger – the one beer I had at the BBQ two days ago. I rarely drink more than a tiny bit due to migraine fear. That's it now. No more alcohol for me; it really isn't worth it.
