Fridge and Freezer

A normal Sunday morning and then after lunch four of our family members came to move my new fridge and freezer from the conservatory into the kitchen; they are today’s picture. Oliver, our grandson, was not with them; he had played in a football match during he morning and was in the pub!

We purchased these items three years ago when the original work was being done, but they had not been unpacked until today; fortunately they both worked. They are not in quite their final place as the new kitchen and sink unit have yet to be ordered, but at least they can now be used. They look wonky but they are not and the doors have to be changed round on both of them at some time.

The space they were occupying has now been filled with one of the sofas that was in the dining room; at last I can sit in the conservatory. Our daughter and granddaughter can be seen sitting on the sofa in the conservatory here This conservatory has yet to be painted, but this cannot be completed until the kitchen is finished and the crockery etc., moved out of the old units and into the new ones. Then it will be time to five the dining room a make-over. Everything has to be completed in the correct order.
