Hoverfly

Just as I thought we had our Saturday’s back (as football matches are now ion Sundays), along comes rugby.  BB had to be at school for 9am.  TT took him down.  The match wasn’t until 10am, so I took my time and then wandered down.  I couldn’t work out which pitch they were on, but eventually spotted TT and a  friend chatting.  TT scored three tries on his first outing!  He was delighted, especially as most of the boys have done rugby before, and he has only ever been to four trainings sessions and a few lessons at primary school.  He loved it – they all did.  It was a friendly against a  local school.

It was home for lunch and a few chores, before we wandered back into town to find out what was happening – as there was a 700 celebration happening.  We watched some music, but BB got fed up, so after chatting to friends we came home, before heading out again to watch the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.  We were all starving by the time we got home for the prawn and courgette curry that TT had prepared.  BB was whacked after his energetic week, and was in bed and asleep early.  TT and I settled down to watch another series of Breaking Bad.

These poppies are still flowering in our garden.  The extra is of the Pipers.
