Happy 21st Birthday

We went into town to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. It is actually tomorrow but he is going on holiday very early in the morning so hence the early celebration.

We had a meal in Vapiano, a new restaurant near St Andrews Square. It serves Italian food and you order your meal at different stations and if you have pasta it is cooked in front of you. It makes for a different kind of dining experience but the food was tasty enough.

After that we went to the Assembly Rooms to see the Choir of Man. This was a brilliant show with a pub setting and nine men with great voices. This was their last show of the fringe and it was brilliant fun.

All in it was a very enjoyable evening.
