Fields of Gold

Since today is Rusty's last day at home with us, and it was warm and sunny, I decided we should do a long walk. We set off into the forest and walked a combination of tracks and wild forest. Towards the end, and nearly home, we walked through a valley and alongside a field planted with barley. Rusty decided to do a Theresa May and run through the crop with gay abandon. The crop is very stunted after the long dry summer and didn't seem to be damaged by a dog running madly through it.
We walked 10 km, 14646 steps for me, a lot more steps for Rusty.
