I saw three ships . . .

I went down to Station Square to meet Blipper Canny Scot and his other half this morning - they had come from Broughty Ferry to Oban on a bus trip for the day. They were not the only ones to come to Oban today - there are three cruise ships in port! This one is the 91m 'Hebridean Sky', tied up at the North Pier, and we also have the 176m 'Astor' and 135m 'Star Breeze', both anchored a lot further out and all three sailing under the flag of the Bahamas.

As you would expect the sea front is mobbed, and while I was waiting a couple more tour buses came in and disgorged even more visitors. Shopkeepers and restauranteurs will be happy!

Late addition - extra of all three ships, plus a ferry!
