Rain forest?

It was guaranteed to rain today as I swapped cars yesterday, but doesn't the showroom wax make the droplets stand out?  The drizzly rain, that we have had for most of the day, formed into larger and larger droplets before they accelerated down the bonnet leaving tree-like patterns.
