Garden Grabbing

What a drab old day. Pretty much rain all day with only a slight break with drizzle around lunchtime.

Did a bit of work and more catching up throughout most of the day, going out for a wet walk late in the afternoon.

The original house has all but been demolished, only a small part remains while new building goes on to the left.

Is this a new way of getting around planning rules as this is the second time we’ve seen this technique. The house hasn’t been demolished rather it’s being renovated and extended.
