1st world war

our first day in Thuir and after a few days rushing around spent much of it relaxing and reading on the balcony. We did venture out to see what was new around town. They have a 1st world war exhibiton at the  moment to celebrate the centenary. We found this old paper from march 1915 in our house here and I've wondered if its original and whats its doing here. Having looked at similar 'Illustration' papers in the exhibiton  today I think its original, the staples have rusted and the paper is fairly worn and yellowing. I'd love to know why it was left here but its hard to get much history re our house this far back.
