Red Fox in Sicily

This morning we took an early flight to Palermo, Sicily, with an English group to start a week-long birding tour. Ten of us boarded two vans, driven by an English and a Sicilian guide, and drove two hours northeast  to an Agriturismo near Polizzi Generosa.  Before dinner we had time to drive to a high plateau 30 minutes away, where the most interesting sighting was this distant mammal.
