Bye, Bye Glasgow!

Dear Diary,

I’m bright and early to the airport and thought I would get by post done as well. It is a chilly morning with heavy clouds but I suppose it is just as well. It is hard enough saying goodbye to this lovely country so blue skies and warm temperatures would just make it more difficult.

I am added a photograph of the lovely “certificate of citizenship”.my friend Katherine made for me. I was so touched. The flowers are all from the Outer Hebrides, a place near and dear to both of us. It is where we met back in 2011. So, I may be leaving but I will return. There is still lots of the country I need to see!
