Visiting Charlecote

We went on a trip out to Charlecote Park today.  Sort of a private Blipmeet for two involving lunch, cameras, tea and cake.  Very nice and it was so warm and sunny!  The Jacob sheep were intent on eating and not looking at the camera.  This was the closest we got.  I really like their colouring.

On the way back to the car park, we actually discovered some deer - what we had really gone for.  I was hoping to hear some bellowing too but that proved non-existent.  We decided that the white specimen extras could really be a cow with a stick on pair of antlers.  What do you think?

Some of you might remember my tortuous train journey to Salisbury last week.  I have failed in my quest to get Trainline to take any responsibility for the tickets they sell or for notifying customers of changes to train times.  They eventually offered me £10 in compensation on a ticket costing over £50.  That took me an hour and 22 minutes.  Please try not to use them unless you really have to.  They do not care about their customers at all.  Shoddy service.

On another note - decorating disarrrrsta darling!  All the lining paper we put up yesterday is lifting and doing horrible things.  It doesn't like what is underneath it so now we have got to strip it all off and the paper underneath it.  So much for a quick fix...  on well!

Hope you are all happy in Blipland...
