I woke up to another frosty morning and I must admit I was a bit worried about the caterpillar I found the other day. 
I took this with my iPhone when I was on the way to the bus. Autumn colours with a hint of frost (a small hint, but still...).
At the gym I did something new and I feel the muscle ache coming already. :D But, it was nice to do 3 different leg works in the same machine and I had to just stand for a while and rest after it. It took all my strength. :D
When I came home I went outside on the patio to look for the caterpillar. It had moved on the branch and now the pot is inside the greenhouse where it is a little bit warmer and more sheltered than outside.
