Autumn in the garden

A very quiet day. M away on a geology expedition looking at rocks along the east coast of Scotland.

So I upped my painkillers, religiously did all my exercises and dug out a pile of DVDs which I have been meaning to watch but never seemed to have the time.
Well I have got plenty of time now.
