Marsala pears

Up beyond early to avoid the traffic. A long day, with plenty of small successes. Then back via the Brewstore and Ikea. Brewstore to return their kit and buy air locks, hydrometer, and various brewing consumables. Ikea to buy replacement fridge and oven for barn.

Tabouleh for tea, followed by homegrown pears poached in Marsala, vanilla, and cinnamon. Yum, yum.
