The Wing Yip

A meeting at the GM Fire and Rescue Service’s Training Centre.

The car park was full, so I was directed to the adjacent Wing Yip car park.

The Wing Yip is a Chinese Superstore, serving Manchester and the wider areas big Chinese community. After the meeting I had a brief look. Vegetables I did not recognise. And an astonishing array of bottled sauces. Amongst other unusual things.
