New View

Mike went off to Reguengos to buy more wood for the porch, which he's desperately trying to get done before the rain arrives, supposedly tonight sometime. It sounds fun to go to Spain, but a one-stop shop would certainly be quicker.

Anyway, seeing as it's meant to be the last sunny day for a while, Julia and I went on a walk I've wanted to do for ages, up the hill opposite us - this was the view halfway up. Love going on new walks and seeing the castle, our Land, and Monsaraz across the Lake, from a different angle.

Had to spend the afternoon on the computer, writing an article for the local newspaper, amongst other things, while Ju has been whitewashing the boards for the porch ceiling. Another walk is now in order before it gets dark...
