Autumn

Our friends Liz and Genny came visiting today.  I rustled up a Matar Paneer served with aubergine rice and samosa and pakora sides.  Pudding was a dried fruit crumble with plain yogurt, all washed down with a nice bottle of red.

We lit the wood burner after lunch and had a nice chat and cup of tea.

Before I started on lunch I went for a walk to Shottery via Shottery Brook Walk.  This is an autumnal scene by the brook.  Thanks to Cailleach for hosting today's Wild Wednesday.
