Fuschia in the late afternoon sunshine.

This fuchsia is in between ours and next door's gardens.
It doesn't matter how much I cut it back in the late autumn it still produces an abundance of foliage and flowers in the late summer till early November.
I have been out most of the day today. Thursday is when I go to take out my friend who had a bad stroke. It has been another sunny day, but a lot colder than yesterday.
Yet I love the light at this time of year. Sharp and clear, to mellow and warm.
Time for a cuppa. I was up and out early doors this morning and beginning to feel tired.
Extra photo is of the shrub roses which have begun to flower once again.
