Fly agaric.

We’re looking after “The Vicious Hounds From Hell” for a few weeks, we’ve known them since they were pups many years ago; we’re still waiting for them to grow up.
 
Although it’s getting a bit late for feeding the bees, they’re still gratefully accepting the syrup, so I’m still supplying it and, having given them today’s ration, took the hounds into the woods and totally failed to lose them there. On the other hand, I do find it impossible to walk past a fly agaric without stopping, particularly if I’m carrying a camera; they are, apparently delicious if boiled vigorously in copious amounts of water for long time, then washed and fried in butter until crisp. Personally, I’ve never seen enough of them at one time to make it worth trying.
