It's not the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown . . .

. . . But it's the moon in a beautiful Carolina blue sky, this morning as we arrived at church.

As I came out of the bedroom after getting dressed for church and walked into the kitchen, I found Kent sitting at his computer watching "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"  No halloween season is complete without watching that show.

Today at church was the Primary Presentation where the kids aged 5 to 12 do the hour long sacrament meeting with speaking parts and song.  They did an outstanding job.  They not only sang at good volume, but they were clear.  Also so that length of time they were very reverent.

A wonderful bonus was that the "program" or as many call them, the bulletin, front cover today was designed by these same children.  There were a total of 30 different program covers.  The pictures were of things they had learned this year.  There were pictures of Jesus Christ, of what Tithing is.  Pictures of the Scriptures and people doing Service, just to mention a few.

October 28th is National Chocolate Day and in extras some of its benefits are listed.  Have a piece, it tastes great and is good for you (in moderation of course)
