Walking the back of our property came across this little guy.  I had hopes he was going to grow big and strong but not meant to be.  We've had a few trees like this one and much taller completely dry up and die.  Bit of a mystery but circle of life I guess.  Thankfully we are surrounded by many more like it that I hope to enjoy in the years to come.

Am blipping earlier today as we're getting ready to head down to the coast to visit our family this weekend.  Yey!!!  Looking forward to seeing them all so much!  Will catch up with you again on Monday.
