Japanese Garden.

A group of us photographers went to the Cowden Japanese Water Gardens, just outside Dollar to catch the autumn colours. Myself? I’d put in a lone vote for Daywick which would have been a much better choice had it not been a bit far for some of our number to travel. It was an event I had to attend as at the previous outing, to Culros, I had arrived with no money and was dependent on the others for my intravenous fix of coffee and cake, The café was modest but satisfactory – once we’d trained the staff to produce hot coffee, and the limited selection of food was not an issue.
 
While the garden was attractive enough, being “well” managed, the photographic choices were fairly limited with the best shots being already on their web site. However, they are a nice bunch so it made a good social occasion.
