Up early

Was up at 7:30am to put the washing out and a new load on. MrH returned from Paris about 9 tired but ready to do something with the day which was good.

Walked to town and back. Found some interesting bits and bobs. Generally a decent day and walked about 6 miles which is fab but experienced some significant unpleasantness which marred things sadly.

I saw a few abandoned, broken umbrellas around the streets and charity shops were selling umbrellas at a great rate!

This is Stroud Market in blazing sunshine after and before the dreadful rain began again. Horrendous downpour.

Nice to not be wearing a wet coat now. Planning on a very slow evening after watching some Strictly.
