A concrete love affair

Remembrance Sunday

Proud to attend a very moving remembrance day service for Armistice at St Michaels Stoney Stanton. We remember all those who sacrificed their future for our today. We laid a poppy of remembrance to mark the sacrifice of my Great-Great Uncle, Edmund Taylor, killed in action during WWI. (The church showed photographs and stories about all the fallen men from the village) And a poppy for my Great Uncle, F/O Jack Middleton, who’s aircraft crashed into the Adriatic during WWII in 1944 on his penultimate sortie before returning home. Thanks to your sisters who remember you so dearly, we can take pride in you and everything you were #LestWeForget

I write about Jack in a few other Blips over recent years...

From your loving Brother
