Deadlines

I spent the vast majority of today in various meetings and have since spent the vast majority of this evening either writing or editing my work.

Unfortunately one of the meetings was called to decide upon some unpleasant business within the committee of the University Swimming Team. A meeting that none of the members present particularly enjoyed, although it did end on a high with discussions of where to host our Christmas Meal - a different platter is to be cooked by each member of the team and consumed with outrageously tasteless Christmas music in the background...
