40 or bust

I think it is bust.  This house is only a couple of blocks away from where I live.  I usually walk the hounds past it every morning.  I am tempted to do a little trespass to look inside as I noticed the door was open this evening but I think it would fall down on me.  One I have been meaning to blip for Derelict Sunday for some time so here it is.

I am giving myself a pat on the back as I managed to install the new curtain rod.  No instructions on how to fit the metal bits to the rod and at last my advanced mathematics and engineering degrees have proved useful.  Also my cordless drill has decided only to work anticlockwise.   Hmmm.  The front lawns were mowed, the inside of the car cleaned and the hounds and I met up with some therapy dogs and volunteers this afternoon for a walk round the lake.  A rather find day if I do say so myself.
