Cookies!

Our friend Mary Ann, who we visited in Lawrence, Kansas, last month, spends a lot of her spare time making things; mainly small gifts for friends and family. She makes the most amazingly complicated paper decorations, and she often makes the most wonderfully creamy caramels and seasonally designed cookies. We were honoured to return home with a sample of each type of her handiwork and these are some of her cookies. All tiny and with intricate designs; these are her autumnal series with designs of leaves and pumpkins, and for Hallowe'en, ghosts, graves, coffins and black cats. And all really tasty too!
