It's a matter of mathematics

I rode in the 10% chance of rain for about 40% of my ride.  Is that possible?

I enjoyed the outing though; it was a perfect temperature, the wind didn't really pick up until I was almost home and the roads were empty.  

One of the few people I saw on a bike was this guy on his penny farthing.  I've seen him a couple of times in the last week - do you train on these things?  I really cannot imagine how you tackle needing to get off in a hurry. And how he makes it up the same hills is, frankly, beyond me!
