Roeddwn i arfer ddim yn hoffi'r llanast anhrefnus yn yr ardd yn y gaeaf. Ond nawr rydw i'n gwerthfawrogi’r patrymau'r gylchdaith bywyd y byd. Rydw i'n meddwl ei fod yn well i fod yn gallu gwerthfawrogi pethau na chasáu nhw.

Gyda fy rhedeg, rydw i wedi bod yn ceisio datblygu cylch 6Km. Rydw i wedi cyfrifo bod y daith cerdded yn gyflym ar ddechrau'r a diwedd o'r rhedeg yn defnyddio 1Km mewn cyfanswm. Felly, gyda chylch 6Km bydda i'n cael 5Km i redeg. Heddiw, rydw i wedi ffeindio cylch 6Km o ddrws i ddrws. Dych chi'n gallu gweld e ar Plotaroute. (https://www.plotaroute.com/route/728503). Mewn newyddion arall, arall, gwnaethon ni treulio noson hyfryd gyda ffrindiau yn eu tŷ yn y Barri. Roedden nhw wedi paratoi pryd blasus iawn ac roeddwn ni'n gallu ymlacio a sgwrsio gyda'n gilydd am oriau.

I used to not like the chaotic mess in the garden in the winter. But now I appreciate the patterns of the life cycle of the world. I think it's better to be able to appreciate things than dislike them.

With my running, I've been trying to develop a 6Km circle. I have calculated that the fast walk at the beginning and end of the run uses a total of 1Km. So, with a 6Km circle I'll have 5Km to run. Today, I've found a 6Km circle from door to door. You can see it on Plotaroute. (https://www.plotaroute.com/route/728503). I can't run the full 5Km yet, but I'm happy to have found a route. I know what I have to do.

In other news, the rain has found a route into the house in many places. I have to try to repair holes in the roof over the weekend - if it stops raining.

In other, other news, we spent a lovely evening with friends at their house in Barry. They had prepared a very delicious meal and we were able to relax and chat together for hours.
