tea

This morning I had an uneventful dental check up and then met Joe for tea at Neuro's. 

When the server brought a timer with the teapot, I thought she was hinting that we shouldn't stay too long. It turned out that it was to let me know the optimum time for the tea leaves to brew :-)

The rest of the day was spent going for a walk with Sarah and Jess, making 28 mince pies (the last lot were so good that they vanished almost overnight!), baking a sourdough loaf and (almost) finishing my secret sewing project....
