......... but not dispirited!

Noticed this Welsh Poppy in bloom ...... there were actually 2 flowers & a bud ....... amazing! It was looking a little battered & well weighed down by the rain ...... but still beautiful ...... hope you like it :-)

A damp grey day .... but the good news is that it's the Winter Solstice ...... the daylight hours begin to get longer from now! Hooray!
