Tiny Tuesday . . . Cheers

A glass of one part Prosecco, one part pink gin and top up with  soda water.  Pop in two raspberries.  Very cooling and delicious but not too sweet.  The lovely daughter made these and they were lovely.
The Christmas feast in boxes worked exceptionally well. I assembled the anti pasto platter which was consummed as we opened presents.  The forester took charge of cooking the leg of lamb.  The lovely daughter did the new potatoes, green salad and roast baby veggies.  Bridie and Sam decorated the pavlova with cream, blueberries and jewel like pomegranate arils.  They creamed the trifle.  It was a stress free meal as promised on the box.  It tasted good too.
The dish washer is humming away and everyone is relaxing with their Christmas books.  For the first time in gift giving the children both bought their father the same book.  One copy will be re gifted to another outdoor loving friend I'm sure.
It has rained most of the day but hasn't been cold.  A fabulous Christmas day.
Thank you Freyjad for hosting TT this month.
