Merry Christmas

We woke up this morning to a “white Christmas”, which was beautiful—the snow light enough that it was mostly melted by the time we left church after mass. We packed up all the food and gifts into the car & headed for my sisters’ house, which was already full of family when we arrived. We’d given Mae instructions on “gift etiquette” on the way there, & I’m proud to say that she did really well following the instructions! Great food, great company, and best of all, my middle brother and I beat our two younger brothers—two out of three games— in cribbage, skunking them the last game!! I loved rubbing it in, as neither of them wanted me as a partner!! Haha! I thought my sister & brother-in-laws’ tree, pictured here, was very majestic—It’s a twenty-five footer—& I liked how it’s lights reflected in the window as it was getting dark.
Wishing you all Peace and Love in the coming New Year! :)))
