Christmas Day Swim

Our daughter was up early enough to head with me first thing this morning to witness the Christmas Day Swim at the local beach.  There must have been around 100 people in the sea and lots of helping friends, family and spectators.  A great thing to watch, not sure I could brave the cold sea and many thanks to the local lifeboat who safeguard this event.

Afterwards it was back home for food preparations and a very long late lunch with our family and my husband's brother and son.  A very relaxed enjoyable day.
