Eda meets Vera

Thank you for all your good wishes for Eda. Grace had a telephone consultation with a GP this morning and it does seem that Hand, Foot and Mouth is the most likely (which is what they thought in the first place as so many little ones have had it). Her rashes seem a bit better and this morning she was in good form tanking around the house filling up her walking truck, sgphe even reverses now!
After brunch we set off for the park on the Common. She was immediately unhappy both in the pushchair and being carried!
She did enjoy the swings but tired of them more quickly than usual.
As we left we met Vera. One of the good things about the Common and, when it's open, the Cafe on the Common, are the dogs. Eda loves seeing them and we've seen this little one before. Her owner has a mobility scooter and walking frame and I photographed Vera before, sitting on the frame in her pink attire when her owner was helping spread wood chippings over the picnicking/eating area after a tree fall in an autumn storm.

When we got back she was ready for a nap and has just woken. I hope she continues to feel better as she has a busy weekend ahead.
