IN TRAINING - FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE

Well it's a dreich day, I'm really tired and this damn cough is wearing me out, so I thought I'd get a little bit of training in ready for the end of 2018. 
Well actually it's usually just me, 'cos my Mum goes to bed and my Hubby doesn't usually stay up that long.
